The hotel boasts an array of facilities, including a water park that was enjoyable for families. However, the spa experience fell short of expectations, lacking essential elements found in other spa establishments.On the value side, the staff's friendliness and helpfulness were commendable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options to kickstart the day. The accommodation provided a comfortable setting, with robes for ultimate relaxation.Despite these positives, the lack of spa products and limited offerings in the spa area questioned the luxury aspect of the stay. The compensation offered for the sauna experience was appreciated but did little to enhance the overall impression.In conclusion, Brunn offers a decent value proposition with its amenities, but for those seeking a more luxurious spa experience, the value may not align with the cost.
